Question: " What time is check-in and check-out"
Answer: 14:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time. Please, you announce this Bratislava city apartments team, min. 1 day in advance.

Question: "Do I get fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more.You will find also basic refreshment drinks (coffee ,tea ) and local magazines.

Question: "Is breakfast included?"
Answer: No, but there is no need as all apartments have a kitchen, and there are several restaurants downstairs.

Question: "Is there a lift?"
Answer: Yes, all apartments have lifts.

Question: "Are the apartments near the centre?"
Answer: Yes, near of the Main squares in Bratislava Old town. All our Bratislava apartments are located near by 5 and 4 star Bratislava hotels.

Question: "Are the apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most. Our apartments have been recently renovated. Have secure doors, new sound protection windows...etc. Question: "Can I bring a pet?"

Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage caused.

Question: "How many people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: All apartments have spacious rooms ( 23-27 m sq.) thank to this,all beds including add beds are well constructed and have anatomical mattresses. We have not jerry-built fold-out sofa.
Studio apartment: 1-3 people,
1 bedroom apartment: 2 - 5 people,
2 bedrooms apartment: 5-8 people.
4 bedrooms apartment: 10-13 people

Question: "Can you reserve a pick-up service from the airport?"
Answer: We strongly recommend you use our airport pick up service ( sedan, minibus,or microbus ). It is
a) cheaper than the airport service,
b) our driver will know you are coming and wait for you AND check you in to your apartment.

Question: "Where can I park my car"
Answer: Some apartments have free parking other apartments you may have to
put the car on a parking meter during the day.

Question: "How do I pay?"
The apartment availability will be guaranteed for you when a 30% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued. Rest costs stay is cash in advance on arrival (Euro, SKK ). For sending booking deposit we prefer way of paying the deposit is via PayPal. If appropriate possible is send us fax details your credit card and our bank your booking deposit assign on our banking account.

Question: "What does check-in look like?"
Answer: For arrivals at the airport who use our pick up service everything will be done for you. You just need to be located by our driver
who will be holding a sign with your name on it. All other arrivals, not using this service, we kindly request you to call us approximately 1 hour before arrival to make arrangements.
